Best Secondary Jobs for a Team of Ochette, Osvald, Agnea and Temenos? Would replacing one with Castti be a lot stronger?

Hi all,
My favourite characters in the game are magic/beast users being Ochette, Osvald, Temenos, Agnea. Is this a good team? If so, what secondary jobs would you recommend for each?
Alternatively would swapping one of them for Castti improve the team a lot? What should her secondary job be?

I'd do either:
Ochette: Armsmaster
Osvald: Thief
Agnea: Inventor
Temenos: Scholar
or
Ochette: Scholar
Osvald: Armsmaster
Agnea: Inventor
Temenos: Warrior
Team A: This team centers around Ochette as the main DPS with 'On The Hunt' being a highly damaging, two-hit move. Osvald applies 'Armor Corrosive', and Agnea applies 'Lion Dance' to Ochette and 'Critical Scope' on the enemy. To break you can utilize Armsmaster's 'Sixfold Strike' to scout and hit all physical weaknesses, and Temenos Latent in combination with 'Elemental Barrage' to hit up to 5-8 shield points off at full boost. You can manipulate turn order as well with Agnea's first EX skill 'Windy Refrain' (it's busted), or the classic hunter 'Leghold Trap.' You also have tertiary damage with Osvald since you can stack two weapons that raise the potency of dark-based attacks (Heretic's Greatsword / Eclipse Edge and Abyssal Rod / Sunshadow Staff) to do decent damage with 'Darkest Night.'
Team B: This team centers around Osvald as the main DPS by utilizing 'Ice Wind' with Alephan's Wisdom, and three weapons that raise the potency of ice-based attacks (Guardian's Iceblade, Frost Axe / Icy Axe, and Absolute Zero Bow). I'd reccommend also using 'Finisher's Claws' (raises crit damage) and 'Fang of Ferocity' (raises damage done by boosted attacks) as his Accessories. Agnea applies 'Peacock Dance' to Osvald and 'Critical Scope' to the enemy, and Ochette can utilize the support skills 'A Step Ahead' (which honestly everyone should be running, it's incredibly overpowered) and 'Boost Start' (I also run this on everyone but Osvald) to have 3 BP turn 1 in order to buff Osvald as fast as possible with Alephan's (without Partitio, Throne or Castii in the party). She should also run 'Full Power' so that she has full Latent at the start of every fight and can utilize 'Beastly Howl' to apply 3 turns of elemental defense down for Osvald. To break you have 'Sixfold' Strike' and Temenos can use 'Aggressive Slash' with his Latent to knock shields off in a similar way to Scholar Temenos, just a little less effective. We're running Warrior over Scholar on Temenos because the Scholar class in this build needs to use its BP to give Alephan's to Osvald, making Warrior more effective here as a breaker since Temenos is free to use his BP to aid in breaking.
Team West and Team East : best secondary jobs?

I want do Team West and Team East, but I'm struggling with secondary jobs...Can someone advice me with some good combinations please?

Not into endgame, but I like splitting up support/healing between people a bit. My initial thought was to switch Temenos and Osvald secondaries, but then you have mirror teams lol

The pvp rework has been so fun! The combat feels really fast paced compared to old pvp. Coming from WoW pvp to this update is great. The ffxiv pvp team did a great job. Crystal conflict is really fun. Most packed I’ve ever seen wolves den!

I spent a few hours playing crystal conflict without realizing it. It helps that matches go by so fast that I keep getting that "just one more" feeling.
Frontlines is also even more fun now with the ridiculous stuff you can pull using limit breaks.

Has anyone else noticed that IMDB says these three are in episodes 5-10? I can see them showing up again briefly in Mark’s flashbacks, but they’re going to have to be more involved in the plot to be in the last six episodes. Does this mean they’re breaking up the team again? Will Mark be placed with them to finish Cold Harbor?
Or am I just misunderstanding how IMDB crediting works?

I don't think it's accurate. They had Gwendoline Christie listed for 9 episodes back after episode 1 and these 3 originally were listed to be in all 10 episodes. Once the newest episode airs and if the actors weren't actually in the episode, it usually updates to the next lower number.
